Free shipping on all orders of ₹699 and above. Orders below ₹699 carry a flat ₹59 shipping charge, shown clearly in your order summary before payment.
Metros: 2-4 business days. Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4-7 business days. Remote pin codes may take up to 10 business days.
For hygiene and safety, opened skincare and haircare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please email support@dermaaksh.com within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video, photos and your order ID.
